FREE TENANCY PACK

If you are the supplier of EPCs or a letting agent offering services to landlords you may be interested on our latest product The Tenancy Pack (www.tenancypack.com).  

This is a facility which allows a landlord or letting agent, or both, to store and manage documents relating to the tenanted property.

DEAs can use the facility to deliver (and archive) their EPC to the agent or the landlord electronically, thereby adding value to their offering.  Agents can offer the pack as an incentive to landlords who may be looking for a managing agent.

Many agents have their own management system; the tenancy pack is not a replacement offering but rather a supplemental service which allows the agent, landlord and tenant access to information and documents 24/7 via the internet.

There exists an option for the tenancy pack to be printed giving the agent full advertising opportunities.
